Who we are
RAMZ is a Saudi technology company based in Dammam, and is responsible for the details that reach it through this website. For any question or request about your details: contact@ramz.net.sa.
What we collect
You can browse without an account and without entering any details. We collect only what you type or send yourself:
- Partnership request (companies): company name, contact name and mobile number. Optionally: email, business sector, what you need from RAMZ, and the services you choose.
- Service request (individuals): full name and mobile number. Optionally: email, additional details, and the services you choose.
- The AI chat “Ask RAMZ”: the questions you type into it.
- Correspondence: what you send us by email or WhatsApp.
Why we use it
We use your details only to:
- Review your request, contact you about it, and prepare an offer that suits you.
- Deliver and follow up the service you agree with us.
- Answer your questions in the AI chat and in correspondence.
We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for marketing without your consent.
How it reaches us and where it is kept
When you send a partnership or service request, it goes from the site straight to RAMZ’s request server, which stores it and gives it a reference number, then adds it to the RAMZ partners platform, where the right team follows it up.
The servers for the website, the requests and the partners platform are hosted with a cloud provider inside Saudi Arabia.
What you type into “Ask RAMZ” is sent to RAMZ’s chat server, and from there to OpenAI, the AI provider, to produce the answer. Your name and mobile number go in the request card, and reach RAMZ directly without passing through the AI. Please don’t type sensitive information into it, such as passwords, card numbers or health information.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as the purpose we collected them for requires — such as reviewing your request and delivering and following up the service — then delete them or make them anonymous, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
How we protect it
- Your connection to the site is encrypted (HTTPS).
- Only those who need your details to serve you can see them.
- To protect the forms from repeated and junk submissions, the server uses your device’s internet address (IP) briefly, for a few minutes, without storing or logging it.
What your browser keeps
The site uses no cookies. It keeps in your browser only what it needs to show itself the way you chose:
- Your choice of appearance (dark, light or match device): kept in your browser until you clear it.
- During your visit only: that the opening has played, the point a page transition starts from, and the services you added to your request. Cleared when you close the window.
This stays on your device; only the services you send with your request reach us.
Links to other sites
Links to RAMZ’s X, Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp accounts take you to those platforms, where their own privacy policies apply. The WhatsApp link opens a chat with RAMZ with a message ready, which is sent only if you send it. The email icon opens the email app on your device.
Your rights
Under Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to:
- Know how we collect and use your details.
- Access the details we hold about you, and get a copy of them.
- Ask us to correct or update your details.
- Ask us to delete your details when they are no longer needed.
- Withdraw your consent at any time.
To use any of these rights, write to contact@ramz.net.sa and we’ll answer within 30 days. You may also complain to the competent data protection authority in Saudi Arabia.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when what we collect, or how we handle it, changes, and we show the date of the last update at the top of the page.
